Our school leadership seminar series includes four areas of study. Each seminar centers on key functions of school leaders and uses a research-based foundational platform to teach principals how to navigate through the complexities of the school organization, how they can ensure all students have access on a daily basis to high-quality curriculum and instruction and how the principal uses both routines and practices to build the professional learning community towards a culture of success .As a result of participating in this leadership program, the school principal will develop an understanding of the leadership skills behaviors and strategies necessary to maximize student achievement.
The seminars are:
- Developing the Organization (Managers of the Environment)
- Supporting High-Quality Curriculum Planning and Implementation
- Supervising and Supporting Instructional Practice
- Building a Culture of Success
