Frank's vision for successful schools guides our company. He has served as the Deputy Chancellor of the Baltimore City Public Schools, Superintendent of District 15 in NYC, a teacher, an Assistant Principal, and a Principal. Frank has had extensive experience with charter schools, including the Chancellor Charter School at Lantana, of which he was the founder.

Patricia Gross

CEO of Leadership Matters

Patricia is an attorney with extensive experience in the creation and management of schools. She also has experience as a public school parent and served five terms as PTA President. Patricia was personally trained by Jack Canfield to be a teacher and coach of the "Success Principles" and brings this expertise to her work with schools.
