Leadership Matters was founded to support school leaders in meeting the challenges of educating the vast majority of students to high levels of achievement. We are dedicated to being a place where educators can escape from the barrage of negative comments and blame, and focus instead on getting much needed support. We provide schools with experienced educators, those with a record of improving schools, to develop and review curriculum, provide mentoring and coaching, and work strategically to meet the needs of students at academic risk.
Our team has worked all over the United States, from New York to Texas, Massachusetts to California, and that allows us to share the best practices to help you succeed. Our goal is to create a customized plan of services by analyzing your achievement data, conducting a site visit, and reviewing seminal documents. We will partner with you to create a service support plan to build internal capacity while building the strategic infrastructure that accelerates student achievement. Whether onsite or online, our service is geared to you and your needs.
